I came in today with a flat battery on my phone and a power bank that wasn’t working. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and thankfully my phone was plugged into the staff member’s phone charger. While i window-shopped, i observed that same staff member being just as friendly and helpful to everyone else who came through. Thanks for assisting me when i was in need without expecting anything in return!

Really bad customer service….. called 45mins before i arrived and asked the young man to put aside a product that was really hard to get, he said yes sir….. then i arrived and nothing was there…. And by then what i wanted was sold out….. no sorry, no appology at all, just really bad attitude by the blonde curly haired woman, i refuse to shop there anymore…… after driving 40mins to get there and get treated so poorly, really, really bad experience. I’ll shop at Dan Murphys from now on !

It was closed just now for awhile at 7.15 pm, me & another customer & a few uber eats employees were locked out while I guess the poor girl (she is lovely) went to the toilet I guess, seriously why is a young lady on her own in a liquor store in a area surrounded by housing commission & needs to close up to do whatever during opening hours

I've been a regular visitor since this store opened. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, even during busy periods — which seems to be quite often. That said, the store is frequently cluttered with unpacked stock, often on trolleys, especially near the entrance. This not only makes the store look untidy but also makes it difficult to navigate, browse, or find items on the shelves. I can't help but wonder if allocating or employing more staff to unpack stock could help improve the shopping experience for customers.

Bought a bottle of Bacardi here to thank my dearest friend for letting me crash at his place in Nobbs Street - Surry Hills. Though next to The Langton Centre, the bottle of Bacardi was safe. Below I have attached photos of how the celebratory evening was spent. When I return to 'Vintage Cellars Surry Hills' I will rebuy a bottle of Bacardi.
