I am very unhappy because the place was closed when I arrived. There was no clear notice or update about the closure. It was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope next time there will be proper information so customers are not confused.

The store ia at good location. Should keep more variety of beers or keep rotating them. Has a wide range of wines & hard liquor.

I had a terrible experience at this store today. I wish I could give a zero star. As soon as I walked in with my cousin, the store guy with a red dot gave us judgemental looks as if females should be banned from entering the store. When I was about to pay at the counter, the same guy asked for my ID. I found it a bit odd. Surely 45+ yr old female can't be mistaken for an undeaged person! Without any protests, I showed my Id. Next he asked for my cousin's Id. I tried explaining that she is an overseas visitor and we were okay to show the soft copy of her passport. She is 30+ He said no and insisted on producing original passport. Does he expect people to walk around with their original passport on them to enter a liquor store? He says it's local NSW rules. I was in mood to argue with an ignorant and incorrigible person. We left without buying liquor. This was an infuriating experience. As a local, I believe in promoting local business. But I'm never going to set my foot into that store. I don't mind driving 3-4 km away to Dan Murphy's or other liquor stores where they know how to treat customers.

The people working in this store are unbelievably rude and give strange judgemental looks when you ask about some drink which they don't know. Especially the Indian manager with red tilak in forehead is an absolute unprofessional person and totally unhelpful. Cokes should change all the staff working here. I don't come here anymore and don't recommend anyone to go. Everyone should boycott this store till the staff is changed .

9:50 AM when i returned the order due to the customer was already intoxicated early morning. The staff was mad for the returned order and he said “better not to pick you”, “ you are the only person who returns the order.” Well, maybe I am the only person who would not risk being fined for a $1000 for $8 order. PLEASE REVIEW RSA POLICY as it is important for us to know this while handling liquors.
