A few weeks ago, our puppy Bindi was in an unfortunate situation and urgently needed help. When we rushed her into Liverpool Veterinary Hospital for what turned out to be a critical open surgery we were absolutely terrified. From the moment we walked through the door, Dr. Suzanne handled Bindi with immense compassion, skill, and professionalism. Suzanne has known our family for and was also the vet who gently helped us say goodbye when putting our beautiful late dog to sleep. Knowing her gentle heart, she immediately trusted my instincts as an owner, recognised the severity of Bindi’s condition, and acted without a moment's hesitation. Despite Bindi being in pain and distress, Suzanne and the entire team were so gentle, patient, and thoroughly reassuring. Throughout a terrifying day of major emergency surgery, Suzanne kept us updated every step of the way, which gave our family so much comfort when we needed it most. I have been taking my 2 doggies to this clinic for the last year and I am very happy with the service and profesionalism of all the staff. Doctors and nurses are all compassionated and very knowledgeable, especially Doctor Susanne who is always very nice and attentive. The clinic is very clean and the environment feels warm and welcoming. After having some bad experiences in other facilities I finally found the right place. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love Suzanne and her team of dedicated staff! they always go above and beyond to make sure our Maple gets the very best care possible. They never rush us, always listens to our questions with big smiles, and gives Maple so much love and attention during her check-ups. The whole team here is so welcoming and friendly. If you want a vet who treats your fur-baby like their own, go see Suzanne! I cannot recommend them enough! And she may not show it, but Maple is always happy to see you and your team Suzanne. I swear! 😝

The service as a whole was excellent,especially caring for our cat which is part of our family. Suzanne is extremely professional and highly skilled vet. The place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful! Answering all our questions and took time to listen to us. Jasper needed multiple operations and we felt very comfortable and confident leaving our baby in their capable hands. Highly recommend and would never go anywhere else again.

I have been a customer at LVH for almost a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is always professional, caring, and trustworthy, and I know my fur baby is in safe hands every time. I would especially like to thank Dr Suzanne, who has always been so kind, compassionate, and helpful. I’m also incredibly grateful to the entire LVH team for taking such great care of my baby Luna. Luna had cut herself on the inner thigh of her back left leg, and I rushed her to LVH. The team took immediate action, performed surgery, and provided the care she needed to help her recover. It was such a stressful time for me, but they reassured me throughout the whole process and treated Luna with so much love and care. The treatment went so seamlessly and Luna was back on her feet in less than 2 weeks! Thank you again to Dr Suzanne and the wonderful team at LVH for everything you have done for Luna.
