I had a great experience with this physio service while helping my mum with her back issues. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What stood out most was that they focused not only on treating the pain, but also on educating and supporting us with practical advice, home exercises, and movement habits to help prevent future injuries. My mum felt very well looked after throughout the process and have since improved a lot on her back pain issues. Highly recommend their service.

I attended my first physiotherapy appointment this afternoon and had a very positive experience. I was truly impressed by Oliver Zhou, he is highly knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to patiently address all my concerns and worries with clear and detailed explanations. I especially appreciated receiving the training videos via email, which makes it much easier to follow the exercises correctly at home. I feel confident that, with his guidance, my neck stiffness and back condition will improve. Thank you for such attentive and professional care!

Friendly and helpful reception customer service. Physiotherapist, Natalie was very professional, and most observant. She was able to point out quickly when my position was even slightly out of alignment during her coaching of the Pilate reformer exercises, ensuring I was doing the exercises correctly. It was a great help.
