Sold Thai baht and Singaporean dollar for Australian dollar today at Lotus. Very good rates. And Naman K. was very friendly and helpful. The process went smoother than I thought. Would definitely come again and highly recommend anyone who wants a pleasant exchange experience .

I wrote a review before 5 stars and highly recommended this place. I’ve been here twice already and recommend all my friends to come here, we work down the road and we always visit here to get few cash before travel, until today 27 May 26 around 12:25 when I was served by a guy. I politely asked if this money was okay, because everyone here has always been so nice. He replied, “it’s only 20c,” which honestly felt quite rude. Everyone works hard for their money, even if it’s only 5c or 20c. A little kindness and respect goes a long way. It’s not just about customer service — it also says a lot about who you are as a person and as a company Due to this reason, start to question about trust worthly, if my old 100,000 will work... but as per the guy said, its only 7 dollars. Overall thank you for getting small change, appreacite your help, even is not much in your eyes, I honestly see youre trying to explain the currency to me, write it down but everyone do work hard for money even just a small amount. This place has better prices than other money exchanges in Parramatta. They have a electronic board with most currencies on display as well. I was served by Vanika and she provided excellent service.
