The team at Lower Mountains Air Conditioning were very helpful in all aspects in the replacement of our ageing A/C. From the initial inspection, through to completion of the installation, everyone including the Mitsubishi team along with the Japanese visitors (what an interesting experience) were very friendly and professional in their approach. A very big thank you to Andrew and Anthea for you wonderful team. We would not hesitate to recommend LMAC to anyone who is looking to install or upgrade their air-conditioning.

I recently had Lower Mountains Air Conditioning install three fixed units in my mountains home . They problem solved the best way to install them in a way that was aesthetic to the house . The technicians were prompt , friendly and respectful on the day of installation cleaning up any mess from the installation. The quote I got from LMAC was competitive and I was very happy with the service given . I would highly recommend LMAC .

This review is being posted after 6 months of aircon installation & use. We were given a reccomendation to use LMAC for our air-conditiong needs by a friend living in the area and right from the first visit we knew that we were in good hands. Andrew took his time to understand our needs, talk through where we wanted the outdoor units installed and made us feel heard. We had some specific outdoor unit placement requests which increased installation time and complexity but were happily accomodated. We did get multiple quotes as part of our due diligence and LMAC came out on top there as well. Other vendors tried to hide costs (mounting brackets / RCD installation etc.) that LMAC were very clear and transparent about. Come installation day the team rocked up before time and were very respectful of our house rules, checked with us before making final installation decisions, and even cleaned up after themselves. All the work done is very neat and tidy with a lot of attention to small details that we are greatful for today. e.g. placement of condensor drain pipes etc. Post installation Anthea and team sorted all the paperwork for eligible goverment rebates.
