I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Raf. Thoughtful, empathetic, and careful; he kept us informed about where we were up to and allowed us grieving space with our cat.

I can’t recommend Dr Raf and Loyal & Loved more highly. The kindness and empathy he showed for both me and our little Bosco made the process so caring and dignified. Everything was explained in detail prior to beginning, which helped make me assured that our dog’s passing would be painless and handled in the most compassionate manner. I have to extend a huge thank you to Dr Raf for what he has done for our family in being such a good human and taking such good care of Bosc, and us, in those final moments.

From the moment I came across Dr Raf’s website I knew he was the right person to help us farewell our beloved Gizmo. His personality came through the words and landed with me in a way that felt personal and like a sensitive conversation. It was important to me that Gizmo pass peacefully, that she be in her safe space, surrounded by familiar smells, belongings, her relaxing jazz music, and of course with her favourite humans. Dr Raf made all of this possible. His grounded presence was felt and his professional, yet gentle manner helped to sooth the emotional burden we were feeling. Dr Raf was calm, kind and respectful. He guided the process while balancing both holding space and providing space for my husband and I to say our goodbyes to our beautiful much loved girl. We were deeply touched by the way he thoughtfully prepared the bed for her to be carried out in, creating one final tender and sweet memory of her. Some souls are made for this work, Dr Raf is one of them. Thank you, Dr Raf. R.I.P. Gizmo 9.02.2026. With Gratitude, Danyah and Mikal

Recently my cousin had to put down their beautiful lil 14 year old pupper Chachi. It was such a heart wrenching day yet it was an equally beautiful farewell - with a big heartfelt thank you to Raph making that possible. The way he handled every detail in what was to unfold when he arrived, his tone of voice, his gentle and kind manner and the ability to hold the space in the moment of enormous grief with absolute grace for a group of strangers left me in awe. Unfortunately I have had to live a lot of grief and when you come across people like Raph that make the path of grief a little softer to survive it’s something that really stands out to me in this world and I have a huge appreciation for people that do work like this - it’s not easy by any means. Absolute admiration for what Raph does and how he does it - it’s been a few weeks but we still talk about how great you were and we are all so grateful to you. Rest in love Chachi girl and thank you Raph for taking such good care of her and all of us!Grateful :) If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Two weeks ago I made the incredibly difficult decision to put my dog Mo to sleep I contacted Dr Raf and organised a time for the following day. He was incredibly kind and explained the whole process to me. Mo had a very peaceful passing laying on the couch in his home. He was very patient and gave me plenty of time to say my goodbyes to Mo. I hope I won’t be needing Dr Raf’s services anytime soon but I would definitely call him again
