Small , simple, but guys working there are bit rude taking with you and same time on the phone. Limited English. When we start asking questions he ignored .. anyway I wouldn't recommend , They are probably good to book you ticket to Afghanistan, Pakistan. Stay with fly centre and other big travel agencies.

Not recommended. I had a very bad and stressful experience. The service was unprofessional, and the owner (Noor) felt dishonest and disappointing in my experience. He did not listen to my complaints. I was overcharged for transaction cancellations and overseas money exchange, and he repeatedly gave me misleading and incorrect information. Once he took the money, the process became very slow and difficult, and I had to follow up multiple times. During my follow-up, he even blocked my number, and I had to go to the shop in person to speak with him. He also did not accept bank transfer payments at the beginning, but when the transaction was cancelled, the refund was later sent to my bank account. It took a full week for my transaction to be processed, and he wasted my time. In my experience, this shop felt unreliable and not trustworthy. If your time is valuable, please do not go there. Very stressful and disappointing experience with Royal Travel and would not recommend using their services. My original flight was cancelled by Kam Air, and instead of properly resolving the issue, the agent rebooked me on Ariana Afghan Airlines. I later found out this created further complications because there was no proper airline connection/transfer arrangement for my ongoing travel. As a travel agent, I expected him to understand these kinds of airline booking rules and make sure everything was arranged correctly. Because of these mistakes, I was delayed by an entire week getting to Kabul and missed an important event that was the main reason for my trip. This caused emotional stress, financial loss, and major disruption to my plans. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and helping fix the problem, I was told to go argue with Kam Air myself, or pay again for a flight I had already paid for. I felt completely unsupported. When I went to the Kam Air office to sort things out, the agent stopped answering my calls, which made the situation even more frustrating. .
