Got my nails done for the first ever and visited this place because my friends had gone before. I am really happy with the results! I got gel with nail art done on my short nails and the ladies here did a beautiful job and were very sweet! I am happy with the price too :) thank u so much and I’ll be returning!

I done my nails here every month here, It was the perfect experiences, girls are very lovely and professional. Lina is a very beautiful, professional and lovely girl. Professionalism is consistent from start to finish — from the genuine kindness the moment you walk into the store, to the clear and transparent pricing. Everything is explained upfront, and the pricing is more than acceptable for the level of beautiful, detailed, and precise work they deliver. You truly get incredible value for the quality and care that goes into their services. What stood out the most was how attentively they listened to our requests. They offered guidance and expert suggestions when needed, but never once pushed anything on us or dismissed what we wanted. It felt collaborative and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was such a breath of fresh air. The ladies were warm, welcoming, and absolutely not rude or dismissive — which, sadly, can sometimes happen in busy salons. Even during rush hour, with constant interruptions and people popping their heads in, they remained calm, professional, and incredibly polite. Despite the chaos around them, they prioritized the customers they were already serving and never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Came in with thick acrylic nails (that looks like teeth) from another shop and walked out with the best natural looking nails ever! I had a fresh acrylic set done just 3 days ago elsewhere and it was already lifting. The technician had to remove the old set and did a full new one- bless her!. She really took her time, especially since my nails grow upward. It really shows how important it is to find a nail tech who truly understands nail structure and doesn’t just paint over it. I have visited this nail salon more than ten times and it is still one of my favourites. The owner’s skills are outstanding she is very attentive to detail and also extremely fast. She once completed a single-colour acrylic set in just 30 minutes, and the result was beautifully done. However I have experienced some issues with the services provided by a few of the younger staff members. It is usually the same staff member each time and during the shaping process with the nail file, my fingers are injured every time. Although the wounds may look minor they are genuinely very painful. The pain lasts for about three days, throbs even when I am not touching anything, and becomes sharply painful when exposed to water. As I work as a barista this pain affects my ability to do my job. I am not sure whether this is due to a lack of experience or carbut every time I visit the salon I feel as though I am taking a gamble. I would truly appreciate it if further training could be provided to the younger staff, as this would allow me to continue visiting the salon with peace of mind. This nail salon is one I genuinely love, and I sincerely hope to continue coming here in the future. Thank yo
