The staff at this shop are extremely rude. Whenever you ask a question, they show no interest in helping. Everything feels rushed, and they don’t give you any time to think about what you want to buy. On one occasion, while I was deciding which cut of meat to choose, an older female staff member ignored me and immediately went to serve another customer. She also seemed to think that her rude attitude was completely justified. That day I bought a pack of beef brisket and a pack of chicken. When I tried to cook the chicken that evening, it already had a strong bad smell — it was clearly not fresh. I will never go back to this shop. They also constantly pressure customers to pay in cash, which raises concerns about whether they are trying to avoid paying tax. This is something the tax office should look into.

Came in asking for chicken and the butcher guy got mad for no reasons because we came in slightly earlier. Will never come back and recommend everyone to visit the butcher in chatwood Chase which is better price

This place sells “sour smell” meat. We bought chicken mid wings, beef lean meat and beef mince from them in Sunday afternoon. I was gonna cook the beef lean meat on Monday night but the meat smelt off already, same goes for the chicken wings and beef mince (which has the least “sour smell”). This is disgusting. We have to throw the whole bag of meat away after one day of purchase.

The meat is very stale. I recommend all customers in chatswood not to come to this store to buy. And you can see that the smell of blood is very strong in the back, and the floor is very dirty. And when I walked into the store, the service staff at the front desk had a very bad attitude and was very rude. recommended not to come to MG Butcher Shop

This shop is a real germ. The staff had really bad attitude when I ask them to cut the rib. One guy said “we don’t cut the rib when it’s busy”, but it was actually quiet and there wasn’t a queue at all, and the meat cutting guy was clearly not doing anything. And the meat cutting guy said “just don’t buy it.” You can tell that they do not care if you’ll return or not. If you want to have the same worst experience from shopping in Chatswood, this is the place to go.
