A good place to stay ! Kitchen was under renovation, so not the most convenient to use but nothing too bad. Lovely receptionist who let me check in earlier, highly appreciated after a night in a bus travelling to Sydney. My main issues were: window in my room couldn't close, which was annoying for the noise and the temperature + bathrooms have nothing/ no shelves to put your products.

Definitely the worst youth hostel I’ve ever stayed in... There’s never anyone at reception, and when they are there they’re rude and make no effort; they must be lacking in vitamins. Not to mention the appalling state of the rooms, with the belongings of previous guests lying around and piling up – probably for weeks – and no curtains to provide even a modicum of privacy in bed... It’s lovely to be staring each other in the eye when you’re trying to sleep, and the washing machines are never available because they’re already being used for half the day by the staff to wash the sheets. I absolutely do not recommend it, especially for the price.

Overall great stay! The location is great and the staff are super helpful. When we checked into our room there was a strong smell and we asked if there were any other rooms and reception was super helpful and offered us another room and air freshener spray for our current room and apologized for the mess from the other habitants. Lots of activities hosted by the hostel to meet people and the kitchen is great just gets crowded at times.
