Absolutely delicious homestyle Polish favourites, very authentic and exceptionally tasty. Traditional winners like pierogi (dumplings) and placki kartoflane (potato pancakes) were nothing less than first-rate, our party of eight tried most of the dishes on the menu and every single one of them was exceptional. The service was attentive, professional and friendly, and our meals came out very quickly. Super impressed by this wonderful restaurant, I offer MAMUŚKA my highest recommendation.

The name Mamuśka couldn't be more perfect. In Polish, it translates to "mummy," and the food here truly honors that title. Eating here feels like sitting in my mother’s kitchen; every dish is infused with that rare, authentic comfort that you usually only find at home. It is soulful, delicious, and deeply nostalgic. If you are looking for genuine Polish comfort food that warms the heart as much as the soul, this is the place. It's more than just a meal—it’s a memory.

An intimate and authentic Polish restaurant in Bankstown. A came here on a weeknight and although it was a bit quiet, the decor brought back memories of a Europe. Staff was friendly and the one of the owners (I assume) came out of the kitchen and always had a smile. Although I'm not that experienced with Polish cuisine, the dishes were hearty and ingredients were fresh. I recommend the bake pork knuckles (the crispy skin with the right amount of meat was well balanced with the sauerkraut. The beef tartare and Silesian Dumplings was also just right. Felt like a home meal. The portions were also just right. Overall great value. If you want to try somewhere different, this is the place to be. Will be back in future for their other dishes!

The food here is absolutely amazing! Every dish feels like home and brings back so many wonderful memories and cooked with real love. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are friendly, and everything on the table tastes just perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a true Polish experience in Sydney!

Cozy delicious Polish food. Love everything - the sour soup, the cabbage roll and pork knuckle. The cheesecake was grainy, I would prefer New York style. Didn’t like fried beets and coleslaw. I liked cucumber salad. The wait for pork knuckle was 50’.
