She transformed my overdone, chunky blonde foils into a beautiful, natural-looking brunette with soft highlights that complement my features. She blended everything so seamlessly, leaving me with a much softer, healthier look. I love the result and couldn’t be happier. I recently got my hair done by Jayden, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From the start, he really listened to what I wanted and made sure he understood the style I was going for. He gave helpful suggestions too, which made the final result even better than I expected. The attention to detail was really noticeable — everything was clean, even, and styled perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and knows exactly what he’s doing. The whole experience felt comfortable and professional, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Jayden to anyone looking for a fresh, high-quality haircut. I had a truly awful experience at this salon and feel obligated to warn others. I went in expecting a professional bleach service, but instead I left with a damaged scalp and badly compromised hair. The bleaching process was clearly mishandled — my scalp was left burning, irritated, and visibly inflamed. This wasn’t a minor issue; it felt like a chemical burn and caused significant discomfort for days. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I raised my concerns, Giovanna dismissed the damage and refused to acknowledge that anything had gone wrong. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no offer of a refund or compensation. A professional salon should prioritise client safety, proper technique, and aftercare — none of which were demonstrated here. Instead, I was left dealing with the physical consequences of poor workmanship and unprofessional customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before trusting them with bleach or any chemical treatment.

Jade was excellent listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. Salon is on third floor of the strand arcade which was a little tricky to find initially. Lovely clean salon.
