Highly recommend these guys. The whole rental process was incredibly smooth, fast, and hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, in perfect condition, and ready to go. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic—super friendly and professional staff.

***WARNING*** Do not use this service. They will gouge and not return your full deposit, making up excuses like ‘rubbish in the van’ or a late fee (I dropped van off 40min late but rang in advance and was told it was ok). Greg the manager is the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered - rude, inflexible, angry: when I arrived he was yelling at a customer for some accident he’d had (he didn’t ask after his welfare but said he was giving him the ‘truth). Hopeless.

I had an excellent experience with Manly Rentals! Initially, I visited to compare prices while my BMW was at the mechanic nearby. Not only did they offer a competitive rate, but they also upgraded our rental to a spacious, efficient, and new car at no extra cost. Despite our initial request for a smaller car, their flexibility and generosity made our moving process much smoother. The staff was speedy, accommodating, and surprisingly, they extended the upgraded car for the same price when we needed more time. I’m so sad to see the negative reviews that this rental place get. I have no issues during my rental with them at all. My international license posed no issue during pickup. Highly recommend this gem of a car rental, and I’ll certainly return. 5 stars!

I am a florist and had hired vans from these guys 3 times before this horrendous experience. The vehicle was not fit for purpose. On day 2 of the hire, the vehicle wouldn't start. The NRMA report showed it was a flat battery despite there being no reason. As it wasn't reporting as a faulty battery, I had no choice but to pay for a brand new battery out of my own money (plus, I discovered at this point these guys aren't covered). I was miles from home with a huge wedding to deliver and my client's needs came first. The very next day, as I was driving at 60kph, the spare tyre completely came loose from beneath the vehicle causing sparks to fly on the road. I managed to pull over and a local man helped me reattach the tyre. Then, as I went to drive away, the vehicle wouldn't start, AGAIN! NRMA came out for a second time and identified that the key fob (which was clearly a used-replacement) was very loose, and wasn't connecting to the engine properly hence what appeared to be a flat battery. I had to tape the key together so that it would stay in the ignition and had no choice but to leave the engine running until I could return the vehicle for fear of breaking down, again. Therefore,
