A hidden gem in the middle of the city! We walked the loop trail and loved the diverse, natural scenery. It makes you feel like you're miles away from the urban hustle. Highly recommend!

Went twice on the weekend, saw a black Swan, and other birds and ducks. Really enjoyed the nice waterside track

Lovely area, lots of wildlife, good swimming and fishing options, and clean bathrooms. Just be careful at the picnic areas and make sure to wear shoes, we had 2 kids end up with glass in their feet from previous groups not obeying the no glass rules.

Manly Dam is such a beautiful, calm, and peaceful place. Perfect if you want to get away from the busy city and enjoy some quiet time in nature. The walking tracks around the dam are well maintained and great for all ages, whether you want a proper walk or just a relaxed stroll. There are plenty of family-friendly areas with playgrounds for kids, picnic tables, and open spaces to sit and enjoy the view. The picnic spots by the water are really nice, especially on a sunny day. It is also a great place for couples, families, or even solo walks if you just want some fresh air and peace of mind. The surroundings are very clean, lots of greenery, and the water views are amazing from different spots around the dam. Parking is easy and there is enough space even on busier days. Overall, it is a great spot for walking, picnics, family outings, or just relaxing and switching off for a while. Highly recommend this place if you are around the Northern Beaches or visiting Sydney.

Great fun walk. Did the loop on around 3 hours with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the board walk with pleasant water views. The full moon made it even better for a great evening walk.
