Stayed for one and couldn’t ask for more from a budget motel. Amazing location , room was great, bathroom clean with a small kitchenette. After hours entry was no hassles as the motel called me to request details prior to arrival . Great price , we booked direct through website and saved a few dollars off booking.com . Beachfront location, easy walk with light luggage from ferries. Walk to shops and restaurants . It is on the road but we didn’t have any hassles with noise. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed 18-20/2/2026, worst decision to choose Manly Motel, an unethical business! The nights were long and utterly unbearable both evenings due to major roadworks right outside our windows between 7.30pm to 5.30am local time causing us long haul travellers severe sleep deprivation, stress and unnecessary anxiety during our birthday trip to Manly. Prior to the arrival (booked 5/12/2025!) nor upon check in we weren’t warned, informed or hinted verbally nor did we see any sign in the premises about the scheduled roadwork that would take place during these bedtime hours right outside the windows of our room. Needless to say, as you’re aware of your property, the room windows were paper thin and not double glazed or sound proof. The road outside the motel was blocked for construction work throughout the entirety of the bedtime hours with heavy vehicles, workers, bright lights and loud engines operating that caused falling asleep an impossible task. If we were made aware of such brutal and extreme condition by staying at your premises we would have stayed at Manly Pacific next door which wasn’t at their full occupancy and much nicer. Great location, right across the beach. Simple, clean, comfortable rooms. Safe after hours access. Just be aware that there isn't 24 hour reception so if you arrive late you need to call a number to get access.

The website is misleading,as there was a photo of a pool,when my husband asked if we could use the the pool he was told there was not one. Also noise factor we stayed 5 nights 2 out of the 5 they were doing road works during the night hardly had any sleep,it wouldn't hurt to put double glazing in. And the toilet didn't flush properly.
