They are trying to charge me for an appointment I didn't make. And also charged me another time because I didn't make an appointment because I was having emergency surgery. Not paying. Very disappointed with they way they handle issues. Drs cost enough with out phantom appointments

Every visit is met with genuine care, professionalism, and efficiency, making what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. A special thank you to Georgia and Jess at reception, who consistently go above and beyond. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail never go unnoticed, they truly make you feel valued and welcomed from the moment you walk in. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendly approach sets the tone for the entire practice. It’s rare to find a medical centre where every interaction feels this positive. I’m incredibly grateful for the fantastic service and would highly recommend Manly Village Medical to anyone looking for a supportive and caring team.

I had a disappointing experience recently when I was turned away for a B12 injection appointment. I had called ahead to inform the clinic that I was running about five minutes late due to a long queue at the chemist across the road. Despite arriving only ten minutes after my scheduled time—and with no other patients in the waiting room—I was told that my appointment could not be honoured. This was particularly frustrating given that the booking was for a 15-minute injection, meaning there was still time within the original appointment window. I was also told that the clinic had attempted to call me to inform me of this, however I had no missed calls in my call log. Additionally, another receptionist confirmed that she had received my call advising I would be slightly late. As a local business, I would have expected a more reasonable and accommodating approach. This experience was very disappointing.

Jess and Georgia in Reception are always warm, welcoming, calm, and incredibly professional - balancing efficiency with genuine friendliness and care. Their familiarity with patients and ability to create such a welcoming environment immediately puts people at ease.
