From the first phone call I was so impressed with Marconi Travel. I was referred by a family member and the review was spot on. Francesca took the time to understand what type of holiday we were after, activities we wanted to do and the vibe we were after and she nailed it! Amazing customer experience, honest and genuine interactions every step of the way. We absolutely loved our 4 weeks travelling Italy. No hassles, all planned and we just had to enjoy!
