A shame really. They like to blame the customer a lot at this joint. Bought a space x air. Was happy at first, but then the reality has set in. - Shonky electrical works. - Electrical fires inside the camper due to design flaws. - Faulty parts within one year of purchase. - Kept with cover over the top, yet water ingress continues. (Now rusty and mildew ridden which is proving hard to remove) Their response, sorry itβs out of warranty, not our responsibility. Now Iβm having to pay to fix it all. Even the shonky wiring which should be covered under their warranty no ifs no buts.

Recently we ordered our new Mars Vanguard camper trailer, trailer ready for pick up within 3 weeks however we had an issue with tow bar on our suv. Gary suggested new fitting more suitable and kindly cut goose neck to size and delivered trailer to our house. Fabulous service, cant wait to head out on our first trip. We bought our Mars Vanguard 4 years ago and absolutely love it. In my haste of packing up I broke off the attachment under sink when I closed the kitchen. I called Gary at Mars Campers and asked if I could get a replacement. They sourced one within a week from Melbourne and it was at my house 24hours later. Incredible service and we are now all set for our next camping adventure - I recommend Mars Campers and the service highly

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Cassandra. She was so lovely honest and upfront about the camper trailer. She gave us a wonderful deal and food for thought. We came back 2 days later and purchased our beautiful Mars Camper from the lovely Cassandra. She kept us updated with the process and when to expect our brand new Camper trailer. Cant Express how happy we are with the service.100% have reccomend Mars Camper as well as Cassandra to mates.
