House built in 2018-19 and two bathrooms leaking in the first three years. Ensuite upstairs now leaking again and damaged the ceiling downstairs, still waiting for review, terrible workmanship.

These people are building 23 yallum court Wattle Grove and all their workers have been absolutely disgusting we no respect for the surrounding neighbours at all. For MONTHS we have had on going issues of them starting work before 7am, throwing things into neighbouring properties, parking across driveways blocking access to the point I have called police. The owner of the house has no spine and does nothing about it. Reports to council have gone through. Have absolutely had enough.

I had a deeply concerning experience at the Mastercon Homes Head Office in Warwick Farm with a sales representative named Dean. After an initially positive first meeting, the second visit revealed a complete lack of transparency and a total disregard for customer service. The Major Red Flags: Deceptive Pricing: Dean claimed that a $20,000 discount had already been applied to my estimate. However, after taking the figures home and performing the calculations myself, it became clear that no such discount existed. Providing misleading financial information is a massive breach of trust for anyone looking to build a home. Unprofessional Conduct: During our scheduled meeting, Dean received a phone call and simply walked out of the office. I was essentially forced to leave the meeting midway through. He handed me some brochures and ushered me out without any apology or attempt to finish our discussion. Zero Respect for Clients: Being treated as an inconvenience before I’ve even signed a contract is a clear indicator of how this company operates. If this is the level of communication and "transparency" they offer to potential new business, I shudder to think how they treat customers on

Stay away from building with Masterton Homes. My parents had a duplex built in 2018. There has been leaks in the walls, and bathrooms ever since! In 2025 we had a major leak from the upstairs bathroom to the ceiling downstairs. We were told that the warranty has expired and they can’t do anything to resolve. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Workmanship is terrible and not like it was 30 years ago! Your house will start falling apart at the 6 year warranty, and they will tell you it’s no longer their fault. Update in 8/10/2025 - the tile from the facade has just fallen off narrowly missing my mum. Pictures attached. Please stay away from the poor quality builds !!!!

Here are Masterton's professional cleaners doing a final clean before handover. They borrowed our folding chair and bin to try and clean the windows. Note how high the windows are and how far they can reach. Did you also notice the blower? Cause that's what you use to clean a house. Most of Masterton trades were the same, showed up without the proper tools, sometimes didn't know what they were supposed to be fixing/doing, didn't show up on time or at all, and certainly didn't notify us. But why do they need to, we have no lives. We can just sit at home all day and wait. The site supervisors were hardly there or kept changing every couple months. I wouldn't stay either if I was getting constant complaints. Don't know how this company has managed to stay in business for as long as they have...
