Have promised a lot but delivered little. Inexperienced, incompetent, unprofessional & out of their depth. Just an arm of the govt babysitting the unemployed for centrelink. Close these time wasters down.

If there is less than one star, i will probably mark that place, Unhelpful staff, not answering the phone calls, not offering any support for the clients, only care that you come to the appointments and they push you to get the job by yourself then kick you off from the system. Not recommend and stay away from them.

All of the staff are incompetent and rude. So unimpressive. No one has successfully got a job with these government leeches. They aren't helpful when you call up. Try it, call up and hear the attitude as soon as the receptionist picks up the phone, like just calling them has inconvenienced them.
