Unfortunately, my experience with McGrath Estate Agents Parramatta has been very disappointing. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with property manager. I have to call the office just to speak to someone. Each time, they took my details and assured me that someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. What frustrated me the most is the lack of communication and clear timeframes. Even a simple update such as, βWeβll get back to you within two business days,β would have made a big difference. After living in Australia for 14 years, this has been the worst experience Iβve had with a real estate agency.

My experience with Joe Wehbe was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. McGrath should seriously reconsider whether this is the standard of customer service they want representing their brand. From the moment my family and I walked into the open home, Joe came across as arrogant and dismissive. When we finally had the opportunity to ask a few questions, we felt that he spoke down to us and made assumptions about our financial position, leaving us with the impression that he believed we couldn't afford the property. Coming from humble beginnings, we don't believe anyone should have to dress or speak a certain way to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Every prospective buyer deserves to feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their appearance or background. This was one of the most negative experiences we've had with a real estate agent, and it reinforced many of the stereotypes that give the industry a poor reputation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend dealing with Joe Wehbe.

I can only describe my experience with McGrath Parramatta as truly disappointing, particularly with their Head of Property Management, Tamsin. I withdrew my property from McGrath Parramatta as my managing agents due to their lack of ability to follow lawful directions, and inability to enforce the provisions under the Residential Tenancy Act NSW. The consistent pushback I received whenever I provided instructions was stressful and deeply concerning considering my instructions were always in line with my rights as landlord under the Act. The advice provided by Tamsin's team was, on more than one occasion, in direct contradiction with the Residential Tenancies Act. The biggest issue I had of recent was being told I was unable to increase my rent, despite 12 months having clearly lapsed. I was advised that because I failed to increase the rent on renewal of the lease, that I could not increase until the lease expired. I was even told that this information was expressly written in my tenancy agreement with the tenant, however upon review of my agreement, there is no where in there that stated any commitment to the rent amount for the remainder of the term, nor was there any clause wa

We agree to a price for a house before auction on Thursday to be $1860000 and we had to hurry up before next open house day wich was on Sunday to give them a deposit and a 66w form.So from Thursday we had to get our solicitor to do a quick search of contract and pest control ,wich they did by Friday morning .When I ask them where to put the money for the deposit Friday lunch time i was ask to increase my price and I told them no,after that we received what account to put the money in also that the owner agree to 5% deposit, so we did put the deposit in and after that I was told that they had a better offer and we can't purchase the property. What happened to honouring a gentlemen's agreement. Not at anything was it mentioned that there was another buyer still in the picture. This is moral corruption, not only did it cost us in Solicitor fees but we withdraw the deposit from our mortgage so we incurred interest fees from our mortgage...who will pay for that?. I will never use this agent again. They not only lost a client ,but also a client to sell our property. Just making sure you know the office is mcgrath Parramatta

Sam Dehaiby from Parrmatta agency was very professional in his approach, he communicated clearly and efficiently, and it's been a pleasure dealing with him. We felt very comfortable with him handling the sale of our father's house, always helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The house was sold within four weeks which was a great effort by Sam and his team .
