I had a great experience at MedFirsty Medical Centre. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely caring, and the doctor took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean, welcoming and well organised, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I see Dr Fauzia Rehan regularly for ongoing care. I chose her at first because she was very nice in my first appointment, she was thorough, attentive, and had availability outside of business hours. She takes a holistic approach, alwys asking about how your sleep is as that's the baseline for good health and I With her help, I was able to resolve some issues I've had for decades because she listened to me. She is very knowledgeable, paticularly with women's health, and, if you see her as your regular doctor and establish a relationship with her, rather than a once off consultation, she is open to learning about you and will take feedback about how you prefer to be treated if you let her know. For example I am quite sensitive and she is patient with me, but I let her know that and she repects it. That's important to me to feel comfortable with a doctor rather than being told what to do and rushed out. It is better to see her in person if possible, as telehealth has limitations for these aspects of the consultations.

Took my son for his scheduled childhood vaccination. First time visiting this medical centre as we moved nearby. The receptionist, nurse and Dr were all professional and treated my son with respect and age appropriate. Everything went smoothly and my son has his injection without much fuss. Thank you for your professional service. Will definitely come here again. Very convenient to have a pharmacy nearby too

My experience with Dr Tenzin has been excellent. He is genuinely caring, listens closely to his patients’ needs, and is thorough in his examinations. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the most appropriate treatment and referrals are provided. My whole family sees him, and we hold him in the highest regard.

For many years, my family and I have been visiting Medfirst Clinic. This clinic is clean, well-equipped with excellent medical facilities, and provides outstanding service. The staff’s, including the receptionist, nurses, and doctors, are all friendly and professional. Dr B. Omar is our GP. Her approach is always warm and welcoming. She treats me as a valued and cared-for patient. She listens patiently to all our concerns and offers appropriate, thoughtful, and effective medication or advice. Her respect and expertise are consistently top-notch. She is deeply committed to her patients and never rushes through appointments. I have a lot of admiration for her genuine caring approach towards her patients. I want to express my gratitude to her for the excellent care and services she has given me over the past several years! If you are looking for a doctor who is reliable, caring, compassionate, and professional, I highly recommend Dr B. Omar.
