I was a regular customer at this hotel for over 5–6 years and always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, my experience changed after the new licensee took over.I was banned for no reasonable reason, and I’ve heard similar stories from many other regular customers. In my experience, people are being banned for very minor issues, and while short bans may sometimes be understandable, issuing 12-month bans for such matters seems excessive. I also had issues with one Indian-looking staff member, who, in my experience, acted as though he was the owner and applied the rules inconsistently. I understand that jugs are not supposed to be served after midnight, but I have personally seen exceptions made for other groups while my friends and I were refused service. I encourage the owner to review the CCTV footage, as my friends also witnessed this.I respectfully ask the owner to look at how the business outside the pokies area has changed since the new licensee took over. It feels like many regular customers have stopped coming because of the way bans are being issued. I hope management reviews these concerns and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and consistently.

Staying there was quite eventful and exciting. I love how Jane and Arun made our stay more pleasant. Thanks to them. It's a nice place. I will recommend you spend time out there.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Great food and cheap. They also have a fantastic rewards system. I was getting beer for $3!!! Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Staff are really good and helpful. 18 minute walk to Auburn train station, bus stops within 2 minute walk. Bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot and the pressure is good. Will definitely stay again!

Room very clean, lovely views to the street and windows that open for good light. Air conditioning and showers were both excellent. Pub downstairs was a real highlight - cheap smash burger which was absolutely delicious and great value for money. Manal at the pub is a legend.
