Clean store with good prices. Stopped by while out on a walk and was greeted by a friendly lady. Pleasant shopping experience and everything was well organized. Would stop in again.

Very friendly & helping staff with lots of variety in magnets, tshirts, Jumpers, Jackets, kids tshirts, Australian made stuffed toys, Sunglasses and the main thing prices are very affordable as compared to City and more other shops in Manly. I will highly recommend this shop for souvenirs.

Zero rating. I purchased a Marine Opal necklace for $24.95. Then I walked down a few shops to Humphrey’s and the same necklace was $14.95! Stop overcharging, Memento!! Go to Humphrey’s instead and save money!

Very bad customer service. The girl was working on Saturday 20/09/2025 night at 0735hrs. She doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. She was highly racist and was mumbling in her own language in front of Indian customers. We were buying 4 jackets worth about $300 and we did buy one jacket just 10 mints ago. My other family members liked that jacket and we all went together to buy another 3 jackets (for my husband and father). Then we liked the green color jacket and we just said green color is very nice we might as well change the previously bought jacket which was just bought about 10 minutes ago. We just said it we were not even going to change it. She started yelling and screaming at the customers and then mumbling in her own language. I even tried to calm her down by saying let it be and just do your job and sell the jackets. She snatched the jackets. We asked to provide her manager’s number she said she is the manager herself. Then we asked for owner’s number she replied she’s the owner. She refused to deal with customers and snatched the jacket from customers hands, said “okay don’t buy this then” and just walked off.
