A big thank you to the staff, very accomodating when we walked in for breakfast with my family from overseas. They have a wide variety of food options such as gluten free and vegetarian, also its child friendly place where they provide high chair for kids. Will recommend this place with family and friends.

The triple bed room was in an uncleared state when we checked in. There was dust on the plate and stain on the spoon and the tissue box was nearly empty. AC was a bit noisy and so was the room facing the worker club. Thankfully the live music stopped after 11pm so that we finally could have some sleep. Bring your own slippers because they don’t supply. You can ask the reception for toothbrushes though.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel thanks to Camille’s excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the experience even more enjoyable. Camille truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thank you for the outstanding Service.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Sydney Blacktown, and I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made my work commitments easier to manage. However, there were a couple of concerns I would like to bring to your attention. During my stay, I found cockroaches in my bedroom on two consecutive days. While I understand that pest issues can occasionally arise, this was concerning from a hygiene perspective and impacted my comfort during the stay. Additionally, when returning to my room, I found the corridor blocked by a dirty linen trolley positioned directly in front of the lift area. I physically had to move the trolley in order to pass through with my luggage. This not only caused inconvenience but also posed a potential safety hazard, particularly in the event of an emergency where clear access to lifts and corridors is critical.
