Great location, right opposite a main shopping centre, many food options around to choose from. The rooms were really lovely and spacious. The views from our room overlooked the bridge and Opera house which was a lovely surprise. We had 2 lovely balconies, with 1 of them being enclosed so it can be enjoyed year round. The staff are really helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The pool in the hotel was also a really nice area, the kids loved it. Our littlest child (4) got a little gift on arrival which just made her day - a lovely touch. Train station is right underneath and same with a bus station so it makes accessibility to get around the city.

We haven't started our stay yet, but are already off to a bad start. You should be aware that parking is an additional cost per night (of $50) - and if you have a long booking, this adds up quickly. Meriton don't mention this cost under the hotel features (which list includes opening windows, so it is reasonable to think everything in the list (including parking) is included). It is hidden further down the page which you may not even scroll to. They do helpfully send you an email 2 days prior to your booking inviting you to pay...

Great location; close to many eateries, shops and train station. Stayed for 2 nights to have a medical procedure nearby; request for a room with a bath was met. Room was huge for 2 people. Very comfortable. Only improvements would be a blanket for the bed as it did get chilly and a few more cushions in the lounge area. Nice view and easy to park. Slight hiccup leaving the carpark as our prepaid voucher didn't work; fixed over the intercom. Service at reception was friendly. Excellent rates booking direct. Would stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Amazing spacious rooms with great views of the city line. There’s a bus stop and train station just below the suites. Shopping centre right next to the hotel with lot of eateries as well. Very good amenities within the room. Gym and swimming pool with sauna available on site. Staff is polite and welcoming. Must recommended place close to the CBD to stay

Amazing place. Staff were amazing. Booked a 2 bedroom and got upgraded to 3 bedroom free of charge which was amazing due we were a group of guys. Every night 6pm free ice cream was awesome. The location is amazing and the room itself was perfect. Pool could be better but would definitely come back.
