Faulty EFTPOS machine on the 23rd of Nov. I did a few retries with different cards for good 10 minutes. The shop attendant suggested to use an ATM on the premises. The ATM charged me $2.6 fee. When I asked the attendant whether he would discount the petrol for that amount, he grunted something dismissive. Dodgy place.

EFTPOS machine was not correctly working for any customers. Forced customers to withdraw cash from ATM which charged a $3 fee for doing so, refused to compensate for this fee despite the fact faulty element was theirs. No consideration towards the inconvenience caused, all up taking 15 minutes to pay for petrol.
