I went for a Vehicle safety test ($51) went into the store without any issues and hoping that it will only cost $51. When i came back they replaced my wipers cause they could not reach me and charged me $131 in total and said they will fail the vehicle safety test if i didn’t use that wiper. The photo is the wiper they changed where i can barely see forward. Would not recommend.

Great experience at Midas Chatswood. Got my tyres changed and also a service done with them. Definitely worth going back to them to get my next service and/or other checks if and when the need arises. Also got my Pink Slip done with them a few months prior to getting the tyres and service done, and once again they were thorough, transparent and swift. Shaun's great and is an honest, transparent and easy owner to deal with. Thanks

Never ever again. Should have read the negative reviews before choosing to come here. What a scam. Trying to fleece me thinking I don't know anything about cars??? A total waste of money, with dishonest staff/mechanic. $325 service. Got the same stuff as what you would get from the standard service from mycar ($200+). Didn't even wash/clean the car. Horrendous service. Took almost THREE HOURS to come up with 'quotes' from his 'supplier'. Didn't end up receiving any. Wasted my entire morning and afternoon! Are you trying the age old trick of stalling time so I'd have no choice other than to do the repairs here??? Then tells me my brake pads and rotors are worn, 'metal-to-metal'. asked for pictures of all 4, but he only showed me ONE picture of my CALLIPER. not pad, not rotor. Like you have got to be kidding me. And later they wanted to charge me $345 and $320 for brake pads telling me its 'high quality' stuff. after saying i got a quote for $280 for ceramic pads, he decided to lower his price to $280 as well😂. didn't talk about rotors then. (why? i thought you said it was gone and you needed to change it???🤣) needless to say i didn't proceed with this. got a mobile mechanic to c

Been going here for years. Shaun is always very helpful and explains everything to me in simple terms. Always found them to be very honest, one time they were doing some electrical work behind the dash and they found $10 and left it on the seat for me.

The Mechanics at Midas Chatswood (New Address 59-71 Pacific Hwy Roseville) are a great bunch of lads. The Professionalism is top-shelf. They truly care about you and your car. They go out of their way to helped you out at very short notice. Now at their new location in Roseville, they’re only one minute from Roseville Train Station. You can now drop off your car for service, then jump on the train and go to work. Come back in the afternoon and pickup your car. I can’t recommend them more highly.
