Went in to buy same shoes as have previously run with. Only to try and be sold a bigger shoe as mine size not in stock - then pulled out a correct size shoe which I thought was ok . Wore them once for run came home with sore knee n back when I found the receipt I was in women’s runners(which I was not informed on the day of purchase) which are to soft. Took runners back 4days later and was told no box! (Which I left in store when I purchased 4days ago ) no swap or refund. Left very unimpressed with the service and policy. O well no more kids shoes or trainers either from now on. Been contacted by customer service and they have come up with a solution which I’m happy with. Thank you customer service for stepping up

Looking for rugby boots for Mr 15. Rebel and athletes foot were hopeless. These guys were brilliant from the very first question. Product knowledge, stock, personable. Will be my first choice from now on.

Highly recommended. When I rang my normal shoe shop I was told most shops no longer stock my favorite Brooks shoe. The staff member suggested Mike Pawley Sports as they had looked after him well when he was growing up and tended to have stocks of harder to get shoes. The Mike Pawley website is easy to navigate and lists a vast amount of stock with 'number-in-stock' & prices clearly and easily visible. The on-line ordering was very straight forward (late Thursday evening), Shoes were delivered next Monday morning (good email feedback regarding delivery progress). A question by phone after delivery was quickly resolved by a knowledgeable & efficient team. I highly recommend having a look at the website and using the on-line ordering system. Well Done!

Can’t recommend enough. After spending hours trying to shop on line for track shoes as no availability in the sizes I needed, I emailed Mike Pawleys and the very helpful Sheila called me straight away, asked what I was after and text me what availability they had across their stores in the sizes I needed for the children. I could then let the kids choose which ones they wanted and Sheila got them sent over from another store and held them for me until I could get to shop at the weekend. Was in and out in less than 5 mins on a Saturday with both kids knowing what they had chosen, knowing the sizes were available and in stock. A parents dream. Thanks so much Sheila, your customer service was outstanding

My wife broke bones in both feet recently. A physiotherapist recommended a size larger shoe for the more damaged foot to facilitate getting back to walking. We went to Mike Pawleys Manly Vale store. My wife stayed in the car, at that stage unable to walk, and I went into the store to get help. We were served by Liv and what a surprise packet was she. She spoke professionally and sympathetically to my wife and then proceeded to bring out suitable sport shoes for her to try on. After spending a good deal of time and seeing my wife’s apprehension with those she had tried she suggested we try a pair of Brooks shoes. These were more costly than we had planned to spend but the fit, support and comfort sold us. Her attention to my wife was exemplary and showed such wonderful customer focus and empathy. So grateful to have received this attention. Steve
