We purchased our Millard X Rider M Flow 18,6in August 2025. First problem filling water tank overflow is low and wants to siphon the water out fixed ran a pipe up the back of the van. Did a couple of short trips on Bitumen Roads took it back for service and found the shock absorber had fallen off Crusemaster ATX suspension had it replaced as we were heading into NT hit some dusty roads and you name it we had dust coming in everywhere in the drawers cupboards the outdoor shower has no seal at all dust filled all the drawers where the hoses come into the van we taped every hatch or opening silastic all inside every fitting taped up every vent total Rubbish there was no mention of installing a dust extraction unit totally stuffed the inside of the van!!! Dust will not come out Not Happy will more than likely get rid of this thing!!!! Won’t buy another Millard!!! No more typing had enough not to mention several other things that have gone wrong!!

On our first trip we mostly stuck to the bitumen but we had one short corrugated section 1/2 a kilometre still on designated roads. The fridge moved and the door came off spilling stuff on the floor. The second trip we had corigations, still on the main road, the water filter sprang a leak so we had it removed then about 1000k on from that the water pump gave up $600 to replace it. We have had lots of problems with the "SMART" TV that came with the van it seem it's old technology and doesn't respond to our phone or starlink. We feel reluctant to take the van off road although it was sold as semi off road. There has been a bit of laminate coming off the bench that we have glued back and hinges coming away from cupboards, We were also disappointed in the size toilet as it is very small, difficult if you are tall. The van toes well, aircon works well , desil heater is good, solar works well, plenty of storage. We took possession of the van June 2025 Pottered around WA a bit and are on our big trip across Australia now.

This company will ignore your warranty requests for more than 2 years and when you try to get their attention on social media they will hide your comments and block you so no one can be warned about their disgusting avoidance of warranty issues. I'm more than happy to stop and actually discuss my caravan issues and have it repaired if someone will actually talk to me. Meagan in the "head office" has advised she is a "nobody" in the company, yet she is the only contact I have been given. She and other office employees can only "Advise the team" for two years. I just want my van fixed. $80,000 wasted at this stage as it has been unusable for 2 years. I messaged the instagram page pleading for help and they just blocked me. I highly advise avoiding this company at all costs. You guys have my number.

Comms are crap and Warranty is a challenge. Long leadtimes. Dealership says not their fault it’s the manufacturer. From a consumer view the deal is the same thing. Take your money then radio silence the actual can apart from a few small issues is great. Service and comms = 0 Van =4

19'6" MFLOW 2024 2 berth. We bought this van new 2025 after looking at many other brands and really liked this MFLOW which has the layout and features that suit us. It's a pretty good van and if MILLARD really wanted to make it a great van, attention to detail and quality control should be at the top of their list. It's very clear that that if it was not for silicone and tek screws, they couldn't build our van. Underneath needed some serious but simple stone guard protection which we have done. The potable water tanks breather pipe was kinked, not allowing good ventilation. We fixed the problem with a reticulation 90° elbow and clamps. Many other small and annoying small problems we are rectifying.... For a $85K new van we did not expect this amateur workmanship. Would we buy another in time, no. Good luck
