Wow! This is what psychology practices should always have been like. The admin team feel like family and your own personal support team. My first experience was the care they took when first speaking with them and being matched with the right psychologist. Empathetic, super friendly, and professional. Email, SMS and phone the comms are perfect, especially as my calendar moves around a lot. Lastly, no one will forget the hot drink and chocolate when you visit. Small touch but makes all the difference when you are needing support.

If you truly are serious about getting help for your mental health, I would avoid this place honestly. They do not care about their patients and their mental health and are more inclined towards a revenue generating business. They would rather generate business even if it comes at a cost of their patients health. They literally do not understand the importance of mental health which is really ironic. Absolutely AVOID

Just want to say a big shout out to Angela at mindmatters. Hands down one of the best psychologists I have ever had. Warm, caring and thoughtful and guiding me through tumultuous times. Tea and music choices in the waiting area could be better but then again I am ridiculously picky. Thank you again for everything you do.

I just wanted to say how refreshing it is to arrive to a practice that is so warm and inviting. The receptionist offered me a tea or coffee at my first psychology appointment and this automatically made me feel more at ease. I'll definitely be recommending Mind Matters to anyone who needs a Psychologist
