Commissioned a battery replacement for my surf watch. While paying, the guy made up numbers and was about to charge me 20$ more. Thankfully, I questioned his math and got the correct price. Secondly, the alleged water pressure tight battery replacement failed within 2 months, with condensation inside the screen. Because of that, watch stopped working and can now be thrown in the bin. When I requested to fix it, they said nothing can be done, as after changing battery the watch still wasn't working. Useless....

I had my Holden car remote shell replaced at this business and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Immediately after the shell replacement, the remote began intermittently failing. On multiple occasions the remote would go completely dead and the car would not start unless I physically adjusted or “jiggled” the battery inside the casing. I returned to the business and asked for the owner, Aaron, to look at it. He made a minor adjustment which temporarily helped, but the problem has continued to occur every few days. Since then I have tried calling several times to speak with Aaron to resolve the issue and request a refund, but my calls have gone unanswered. Before the casing replacement the remote worked perfectly. Since the work was done it has become unreliable, which leaves me concerned about the quality of the repair and the after-sales service. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor follow-up when trying to resolve a problem. A simple refund would suffice since this problem occurred immediately after the shelf was replaced. Our second genuine car remote works flawlessly WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS ANY FURTHER UPDATE AND REPLY - I am

Amazing bunch of super friendly stuff who go above and beyond to help. Special shout out to Jarad :) Got my replacement garage remote in no time. Advice to others needing such service, come prepared with your garage door engine manufacturers name and it's a walk in a park.
