Dear Monster Furniture I would like to say thank you so much. I’ve been looking for a sofa for a couple of weeks and have messaged and asked so many questions. Everything was answered straight away, and no question was too hard. And your customer service were excellent and so friendly. I then popped into the shop and tired the sofa, which was exactly as described. Once again the customer service was next level super friendly and helpful. I brought the sofa and organised delivery. It was delivered the next day, and the delivery driver was so friendly and helpful to me. In every stage of the process, everything was 100% perfect. I just wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to Monster Support team and everyone who was involved in getting my recliner sofa fixed. From the very beginning, I felt that everyone genuinely cared about helping me. Even when there wasn't any response from the supplier, they didn't just leave the matter there—they continued looking for ways to help and worked hard to find a solution. That level of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile is something that's becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciated it. The service I received from the team was exceptional. Throughout the process, they kept ownership of the issue and did everything you could from your end to make sure it was resolved. It made what could have been a frustrating experience a very positive one. I also want to sincerely thank the team again for proactively approving the repair of the second cushion. While it wasn't causing an issue today, it easily could have become one in the near future. It was thoughtful of you to address it now rather than waiting for another problem to arise, and I really appreciated that proactive approach. Fantastic service. Hamil the store manager in Belmore was calm, patient and courteous. He explained about the modular recliner lounge we ordered. He explained the pros, cons and care of leather sofa. The delivery person Also Very friendly and courteous gentleman with a smile delivered everything where we asked. It was informed in prior there wont be unboxing & installation included. If they can include unboxing and installation going forward would be amazing

Thank you Hemal and Monster Furniture Belmore for one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had in Sydney. The showroom is massive with a huge range of lounges, dining tables, bedroom furniture, mattresses, entertainment units all in one place. I had been comparing furniture stores across Sydney and online for weeks and Monster Furniture Belmore had some of the cheapest prices I could find for similar quality products. The prices are way lower than all the other stores and value for money was unbelievable, especially considering how large the range is and how much stock they carry. Hemal was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Delivery was also much faster than expected and everything arrived in excellent condition.
