I’ve gone to a lot of great massage studios and spas around Sydney, but Montra Spa has the most consistently incredible massages! I’ve been coming here for the last year, and everyone I’ve had has been excellent, and takes feedback for firm pressure so well (normally people don’t press hard enough since they think they’re going to break my scrawny bird-like frame haha). Just had a massage with Tommy, and I tell you what, in a world where I win the lottery I’d hire him for a massage everyday. And also hire him a private masseuse for having the skill of gods. Thank you Montra team, big love.

I’ve been a Montra Spa customer for around 12 years. Since moving away, I hadn’t been back for a few years, but I visited again today and had the most amazing experience. The service was every bit as wonderful as I remembered - relaxing, professional and genuinely caring. Their treatments are consistently outstanding and incredibly good value. It’s rare to find a business that maintains such a high standard over so many years. Highly recommend!

Booked the Harmonising couples massage for me and my partner as a birthday gift. What an incredible experience! My partner and I have never had an experience like this before and we’re both bigger people, we both snore loud when relaxed, we were both expecting to feel a bit awkward about this, but the lovely men made us feel so comfortable and we truly walked out feeling shiny and brand new lol. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Repeat customer here: best massages I’ve ever received. The staff are so welcoming and warm. I went in today with a headache from neck/shoulder and overall body stiffness from being ill and I walked out feeling de-knotted, relaxed and throughly cared for. She even went over time to give me a head massage. Will always return here while based in Sydney.
