I had a great experience thanks to my trainer, Masoud Tymouri. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about everyone in the class. He always took the time to answer our questions, listen and make sure everyone felt supported. He created a positive and welcoming environment and you can tell he truly cares about helping people. I’m really grateful for all of his support and appreciate everything he did. Thank you, Masoud!

I had a really positive experience with MTC FutureReady Bankstown. The program was supportive, motivating, and genuinely helpful in building confidence and preparing for future career opportunities. A special thank you to Sanjeev, who was an amazing mentor throughout the process. He was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide and support everyone. His mentorship made a big difference and created a very welcoming environment. MTC FUTUREREADY is a very well respected company. All staff have acted in a positive, friendly & loving manner. I would definitely recommend all participants to want to take part in this organisation if that’s to look for work or study. They are very understanding, very helpful & very professional. As a company operating in the education sector, it is important to ensure that all staff members demonstrate professionalism, respectful behaviour, and good communication skills. It is concerning that one of your staff members, Claudia, behaved disrespectfully and used inappropriate language towards others. I hope this matter can be taken seriously and addressed appropriately in the future.
