I recently finished the MTC Future Ready EST program, and it was a valuable experience from start to finish. The training gave me practical knowledge, strengthened my confidence, and helped me develop a more positive and professional mindset toward work and personal growth. One of the best parts of the course was our trainer, Jerome. He explained everything clearly, encouraged everyone to participate, and was always approachable whenever we needed guidance. His teaching style made every session enjoyable and easy to follow. Overall, I gained useful skills and a better understanding of what employers expect, which has left me feeling more confident and ready for new career opportunities. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve their employability and prepare for the workforce.

I want to say thank you so much to Jerome who has been outstanding as our teacher in MTC FutureReady’s Employability Skills Training (EST) course. His guidance has been exceptional through the whole course and his ability to help everyone on their journey has been amazing. A particular highlight for me was the mock interviews that we did as a way of preparing and building the confidence of every student. To anyone considering doing this course, I highly recommend it, you will be very glad you did it. Thank you so much, the course has made a huge difference and I really appreciate!

Thanks so much to Jerome! I recently completed the Employability Skills Training (EST) course, and it has been incredibly helpful for my personal career journey.In class, I learned about great new tools, and under Jerome’s guidance, I learned how to tailor my experience and strengths to perfectly match different job roles. The 1-on-1 mock interviews, along with watching other classmates practice, really opened my eyes to what I need to work on. Jerome was also super supportive and always helped us whenever we had questions.

I recently completed the MTC Future Ready EST course and had a really great experience. I had an amazing experience with the online MTC FutureReady course. Jerome was brilliant, supportive and full of practical knowledge. I came for the course and stayed because Jerome made everything click. I walked away feeling confident, capable and thankful. Jerome was my trainer for the course who I found extremely helpful and supportive. The course exposed me to various platforms that I never knew existed as well as giving me tools to update my resume and tailor my applications to suit the jobs I was applying for. I was at that stage in my life where I had been working for 40 years and never had to go for an interview.I was so out of touch! The course prepared me and updated me on what is expected nowadays in an interview and the preparation involved. I would highly recommend this course and especially Jerome to guide and assist you in your journey to find a suitable job.
