Had my RAV4 serviced here today and was really happy with the experience. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They got the service done quickly and kept everything straightforward, which I really appreciated. It's not always easy finding a mechanic you feel comfortable with, but the guys at MyCar Bankstown made the whole process hassle-free. Great customer service, quick turnaround, and my car is running perfectly. Had a long and tedious week with these guys had to bring both my old car and my new one into MyCar a total of four times this month thanks to some BMW gremlins. But the mechanics here showed nothing but the utmost concern and professionalism the whole time. They were extremely transparent with me on every job, and I never once felt like they were cutting corners. Payha/Pallahya (the supervisor) worked on my cars during every single visit. He even took me out back to inspect every issue himself before I paid a cent, which really helped me build trust in the workshop. All the prices here were $100–200 cheaper than other mechanics I’ve dealt with, parts arrived same-day, and the repairs were done super quickly (which is rare for an E46, trust me). I also got to meet the apprentice, who was just as transparent and professional as his boss. He wasn’t scared to say if he didn’t know something, never hit me with car jargon, and both of them always explained things in plain English that any non-car guy could understand. The bmw dealership had quoted me $4200 for “immediate” brake replacement. MyCar checked them and told me the brakes were actually fine with a solid six months left, then sh

Great Black Friday deals on Powergy 205/55 R16 tyres at mycar Tyre & Auto. My existing Goodyear TripleMax 2 tyres were down to around 2mm, so it was the right time to upgrade. I booked online for a drop-off and collect from 10am on Friday 19 December 2025, and had the car back within 45 minutes. Excellent service and a friendly manager — Dib.
