This place was recommended to me by my husband who had previous work done here. Top notch experience. Couldn’t commend Greg and all the staff members enough. Was previously quoted an extremely overpriced amount for changing brake pads at another mechanic. MyCar gave a very fair price. The unexpected discount when it got to paying, was the best surprise. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend to others.

Racists towards Indians, rude and unprofessional, we made a booking to get our car serviced 2 weeks prior, I had two family members who witnessed the booking being made,just now the man at the reception told us they didn’t have a booking and when we told them it had been made weeks ago, he demanded to to know the staff members name who made the booking, had we known they’d be so untrustworthy we would have made a note of it and kept it. And if they know their staff is so unreliable than they should have appointment cards with the staff’s name. So we asked if I could make another booking and he said there’s no openings not even for the following week. So I now have to be on standby for a telephone call from them if an opening occurs. It’s Saturday 2nd of May, and this rude man assumes I, a person who makes appointments weeks ahead, that I have nothing else to do today. We are Indians and honestly I felt I was treated this way because of my ethnicity. Such a dreadful experience, haven’t suffered racism and such bad service in such a long time, that it’s actually very sad and disappointing. I don’t recommend that you go here if you’re of Indian descent , it’s an experience you can do

I purchased 4 tyres end of last year. In February this year while driving on M5, one tyre exploded at 100km/hour on the motorway. Lucky it didn't end up in serious issues or a major accident. Had to arrange emergency tow due to safety concerns. Went to MyCar Casula and they tried to say it was our fault. But I showed the crack on the tyre and then they agreed to change it. Now the replacement tyre also showing signs of cracks. I don't think they are good quality tyres. The original tyres lasted for nearly 8 years and then we changed it at MyCar all the tyres as it was wearing out. When I showed them the issue, they declined saying it's because we're hitting the kerbs. If that's the case, how come the original tyres lasted for nearly 8 years? They're showing the scratches on the rim, but this happened when the tyre bursted on the motorway and there was concrete barriers on the side and it scratched when we tried to park closely to avoid a serious accident at the motorway and stay as much away from the traffic. It was still very close to the lanes and we stood out to warn other drivers. I'm really disappointed with the service and never ever go back to MyCar. Their claims of customer
