After bringing my Ranger in for regular servicing over the past two years and building a great rapport with the mechanics who know my vehicle inside and out, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Unfortunately, my call was answered by someone who was quite rude and dismissive. I was told that my Ranger was “too big” to be serviced on a Saturday, and I was then pressured to bring it in during weekdays instead. As a full-time worker, I do not have the flexibility to simply take time off during the week, which is why I was trying to organise a Saturday appointment. I was also lectured about how long an oil change would take, which I found unnecessary. Having worked in the motor industry for decades, I understand servicing requirements, timeframes, and workshop pressures. Rather than educating a customer in that manner, a more helpful and customer-focused approach would have been appreciated. I have always valued good relationships with people who look after my vehicle, and I trust mechanics who take the time to understand my Ranger. Be careful this shop. I booked online and paid full for 4 new tyres changed and weel alignment. But they only done changed 4 new tyres. They didn't done wheel alignment. When I go home I call customer care service. They talked with managers there. They sent email to me coming back they do. Another day I go back for do weel alignment and I ask him for documents wh eel alignment they done. They said they don't want to give me.

Fast and easy rego check. Knew i needed tyre and break light changes so I researched the price of tyres and breaklights before going. Their prices were cheaper than the average and I am very happy about the service. Would go again very happily.

Just had my car serviced at My Car ( Marrickville). Pleased with the assistance I received. Vic is a gentleman and always helpful. It was easy to book and pay, and my car was back to me well within the estimated time frame. I will continue to use this business moving forward and would recommend to anybody with any type of car servicing or tyre needs.

The team at mycar Marrickville were great. Vic was especially helpful in clearly explaining what was included in the service and kept me updated throughout the process. He called to discuss any additional work that was needed before proceeding, which I really appreciated. The service itself was completed quickly and thoroughly. Although it operates under the mycar brand, it still feels like a locally run workshop with genuine customer care. From booking through to collection, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
