Terrible services here. I have been getting my new glasses lens and the contact lens here all the time. And the service received this time is an absolute disgrace. The staff members are usually friendly and willing to help. This time, Toby just asked whether the frames are from them. After I said no, he just straight up no without even looking at the glasses frames. I insisted to see the optometrist and just 10 seconds the problem is solved. I understand and the optometrist explained that they are reluctant to do so. But what an attitude! Nonetheless, the ordered contact lens had arrived and no messages or calls from the store to let me know the lens are ready to pick up. Not until I called the store a week before my trip then I found out the order has arrived ages beforehand. I did always recommend this to people. But will never do so anymore. Just very untrustworthy.

Really nice staff, had so much of the miu miu stock, there was another model that I wanted which was out of stock - the miu miu MU06s ,but the staff was able to order it in for me!

Had a great experience today buying a pair of Garrett Leight glasses. The staff was very friendly and professional. They helped me in my decision making and were patient throughout. They also managed to get my prescription lenses done within a few hours only. The store also has a good range of quality brands. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Excellent Selection and Outstanding Customer Service This store has a great selection of various brands, making it easy to find the perfect pair of glasses. The staff are incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist. I recently had an accident and stepped on my glasses, which I had bought here. I brought them back to the store, and they were able to repair them quickly and efficiently. I’m really grateful for their excellent service and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend this place!
