I really enjoyed my stay at Nate’s Place. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which made it easy to meet people and feel comfortable quickly. The staff were helpful and approachable without being over the top, and the hostel had a nice social vibe overall. The rooms and common areas were kept clean, and the location was super convenient for getting around Sydney. It’s the kind of place that works really well for backpackers or anyone looking for a chill and affordable stay. Overall, a solid hostel with a good balance between social and laid-back — I’d definitely stay there again.

I travelled to Sydney with a friend for a holiday and we had such a great stay at the hostel. We even got a free upgrade which we really appreciated. The hostel is small but the common areas are really well designed and comfortable, and the rooftop has an amazing view of the city, especially at night. Big thanks to the girls at reception for being so friendly and welcoming during our stay.

I came to Sydney solo for a holiday and to explore the city. I stayed in a girls’ dorm, the beds were really comfy and the room had an amazing view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge which was so beautiful. The hostel also had activities every day that made it super easy to meet people. Huge thanks to Ruth the reception girl for being so welcoming and for helping me find places to buy souvenirs. I’d definitely love to come back in the future!

In this hostel I had an amazing experience! The hostel is fantastic: everything is always clean and well organized, from the common areas to the kitchen, where it’s easy to cook and share moments with other guests. The rooftop is definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying the city atmosphere. The common area is also very welcoming and ideal for meeting new people. A special thanks to Ruth, the manager, who is always kind, helpful, and attentive, making everyone feel at home. They also organize many fun activities, which make the experience even more enjoyable and help you build new friendships. Highly recommended!
