Won't provide necessary documents once installation is complete. We have used Natural solar twice. Quality panels and battery and very happy with the product, but after 6 months of installation they still have not provided the necessary documents required despite numerous calls and emails. This means we can't get credits for power going into the grid. It is costing us money.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a system installed to minimum standards and expect any kind of after-sales support. My experience with Natural Solar for my SolarEdge inverter and Tesla Powerwall retrofit has been incredibly frustrating. I had to get a written letter from the VEC specifically pointing out that the wiring was not up to spec because the installers failed to leave enough slack in the switchboard for other electricians to safely operate. Currently, the solar circuit breakers have tripped twice this year. I have an active workmanship warranty claim, but I am getting absolutely zero response from their service team. Natural Solar has offered no assistance in getting their installer back out here to fix the integration and follow minimum safety standards. To top it off, their billing is as sloppy as their wiring. I was double-charged $385 for cement sheeting. They charged me for two sheets, but zero were actually installed or used on the job. When I brought this up, they only refunded me for one sheet ($385), meaning they have still pocketed $385 for materials that were never provided. I found the team at Natural Solar to be responsive and very professional. From dealing with Alan in sales to Alex and Emmett along with the installers Carsun and Adam it was all up a great customer service experience. Follow up emails and calls have been very proactive. We now have the new PW3 installed and its smaller than the PW2 and fits nicely in the garage

Very happy with the team at Natural Solar. Got the system installed in 2 weeks after I signed the quote. Sales process was a bit bumpy but the professionalism of Alan and the quality of the products they offered (I got a 10.3 KW system with Canadian Solar Panels, Fronius Inverter and Fronius Smart Meter). The after sales support to help register the inverter, and set up the app for the inverter and the smart meter has been fantastic. The installers were also very professional. We had a tricky roof and the team worked with the installers to ensure that the install went smoothly.
