I had a facial and my husband had a bathhouse experience. He loved the bathhouse and would go back. The online booking system did not work no matter how many times I tried, it’s a very clunky user experience. When I rang to book, the operator didn’t know much about the facials and wasn’t much help which is a shame. The shopfront is beautifully styled and the receptionist was really kind and welcoming, changing my facial to something more tailored for me. The waiting area also needs some work, some very old dead flowers in a vase and the tea ran out. My beautician did a wonderful job and was obviously well trained, asking if I wanted quiet or a chat which I really appreciated. Another point is that the therapy rooms need proper sound systems… the music which was lovely was coming from a phone and it distracted from the experience, I love it when the sounds just float down from proper speakers. A few tweaks would make this a top notch experience. We would go back for the bathhouse experience.

We had such a lovely experience at Nature Energy Glebe Bathhouse. Our group of four friends came to catch up and enjoy the spa, sauna, and ice bath—and it was the perfect place to relax and reconnect. The whole space feels calm and beautifully designed. We especially loved the salt scrubs in the showers and the lotions provided—such a thoughtful touch. The experience left us feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. To top it all off, the extra 10-minute head massage was amazing! Thank you, Nature Energy—we will definitely be back.

Our first experience in a bathhouse, was overall okay but we did have a few suggestions and would like to share. We got the Escape for Two package which involves 75 mins of the Bathhouse and 60 mins of a Relaxation Massage 🫧 Upon arrival, we were a little bit confused with a lack of communication on where to go to check in. But we figured out ourselves on what to do. Obviously, it is a bit intimidating when there is a lot of people but given it was a Saturday and Valentine's Day which made sense. Even the receptionist apologised in advance on how busy it was. I'd assume they would have a limit on how people then can fit during each session, but there is a bit too many which found us waiting in line to use each of the experiences. Although noticed how narrow the hallway is and some people were almost taken out by the door to the steam room which is quite dangerous being next to a glass door sauna and wet floor. The bathhouse should provide a lot more towels that are readily available to use. Since ours were absolutely soaked by the end end of our session and we had to request for more towels. Walking through the areas felt unhygienic with my bare feet and felt like I was on the e

Always feel so relaxed here! They have so many facilities and the layout is perfect, it allows you to move through each element seamlessly. Very clean and peaceful. Great showers/change rooms with complimentary products.

Everything was amazing, 10/10 experience. The space is incredibly curated, staff is extremely nice, atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. There’s a vast range of products for showers and skincare, the salt scrub was incredible. There’s red light and infrared light therapy as well as the usual steam room and sauna. Loved every corner of the bathhouse, but the best part for me was the massage. Absolutely recommend!!
