Be careful. I’ve had 2 very expensive garments stolen. One, a nearly $500 pair of Zimmerman shorts and a reversible wool jacket. I take my clothes in 5 at a time. It’s my mistake that I didn’t check at the time of collection. When I go back to question, they remember the item but can’t do anything about it and told me to check my house. They are friendly but I won’t take my clothes there again to risk theft.

Lovely service and very reasonable prices. Have gone there for alterations, repairs, and dry cleaning. Great every time

Asked them to sew up a small hole in my shirt which was underneath the waistline, so not seen when tucked in. However, they have sew it much further up than the original hole so it now goes above the waistline ruining the shirt! I presume they must have made the rip much bigger before sewing it up

Refused to do my kitchen aprons as they mentioned the stain would release onto other items. Clean your drums in between cleaning? The professionalism in this store was lacking, no one adressed me when I came in and the entire shop was a disaster. Garbage and clothes everywhere. Wouldn’t trust my stuff here

Completely Ruined a wool Acne coat- left a BLEACH mark on the stain I asked to be removed, and when I came to pick it up the server working tried to hide the bleach stain they made and forcefully push my hand away from my own clothes or turn it away at a weird angle when I went to check it. They then tried to tell me (yelling) I told them it was the wrong kind of stain when I dropped it off like I wouldn’t remember. Absolutely appalling and dodgy service and business. They still demanded money and refused to give me a receipt for this. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE they are the worst Edit: if you have nice clothes you want to look after and are looking for a quality dry-cleaner highly recommend Maurice Dry Cleaners, be warned, they are expensive but they know what they’re doing and will look after your expensive and sentimental clothing - I tried to cheap out and go here, don’t make the same mistake as me 😭
