I have been using NextMinute across our landscaping business and it’s made a real difference to how we quote, cost jobs and invoice. Big thanks to Ryan, who has been incredibly helpful through the whole setup and took the time to actually teach me how to operate the software properly rather than just handing it over. Any time I’ve had a question he’s been quick to respond and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great job by the team at Next Minute. The onboarding process was smooth, easy to follow, and well organised from start to finish. We honestly wish we found Next Minute from the very beginning of our business journey. The app has already made a huge difference to how we manage our projects, scheduling and overall workflow. A massive shout out to Ryan, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire onboarding process. From day one, he has taken a completely personalised approach to understanding our business structure and tailoring the system to suit the way we operate. Nothing has felt “generic” or rushed, every step has been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We’re only ~4 weeks in and still very much in the teething stage of implementing everything, but so far we cannot recommend Next Minute enough. If you’re considering using the software, Ryan is definitely your go-to person. Looking forward to continuing to grow with the platform!

After trying nearly every job tracking app that is compatible with Xero NextMinute was the only one that suited our needs and worked well for us. Pretty much all of the apps are designed towards construction/building and wouldn't do what we needed them to do in an easy to use fashion. Being in the painting and decorating trade NextMinute is easily adaptable to work for tracking our jobs and costings and for staff to do their timesheets on, it was simple to set up and the support is super helpful if you get stuck. I highly recommend you give it a try.
