We’re glad that we came across Jackson. He’s responsive, knows his stuff and pretty creative. He takes his time to gauge the issue, come up with a solution and takes the time to explain it. On a recent job, Jackson came up with a solution that worked out pretty well…it was logical, simple and not overly expensive. We interacted with a few plumbers but no one came close to what Jackson offered. He doesn’t waste your time, he quotes realistic timeframes and prices, and just get on with it. We will be using Jackson for our plumbing needs from now on. Great work Jackson, we need more plumbers like you. If you’re around inner west and southwest Sydney, he’s your go to guy. Cheers.

I had an excellent experience with NGO Plumbing, from my first call to explain the situation with a vanity basin that had been showing signs of deterioration and hairline cracking, through to the final installation after I had ordered the new basin. Jackson and Adam carried out the work yesterday and were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through a couple of different scenarios, whether to have the basin sit above the counter or lowered within the existing recess, by dry fitting the basin and working through the best possible solution before committing to a final location. That level of care and problem solving made a real difference to the outcome. The new basin was slightly larger, so a small section of stone had to be cut on either side to ensure it remained centred over the joinery. This required precise cutting. I also decided to move the basin further back towards the wall to avoid an awkward gap at the rear. All of this was done cleanly and confidently, reflecting a very high level of skill and experience. I hired Jackson from nGO Plumbing for an emergency water filter system leak. I knew from the minute Jackson answered the phone that my problem was going to be solved in a matter of minutes. He offered same day same hour service, he was punctual and thorough to say the least. Affordable prices 5 star service. On his way out, he also detected and repaired a difficult to diagnose gas leak that we were aware of but could not locate. Jackson addressed the root cause of my water filer leak, not just the symptoms. I've locked him in as my goto plumber indefinitely. Let's just say it was one of those experiences that brightens your day.
