A huge thank you to Brian from No1 Sydney Electrical who did a fantastic job installing a Bakelite board and fixing my meter panel to make it fully compliant. His work was very professional, his service was excellent, and the pricing was fair.

A big thank you to Brian and his team at No.1 Sydney Electrical. They installed a Zappi EV charger, upgraded my switchboard to ensure all my switches are fully compliant with safety standards, and added a digital timer for my hot water tank so I can finally take full advantage of my solar and battery system. They also seamlessly removed my old off-peak meter. They did a fantastic job—their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and customer service were all excellent. Brian always took the time to answer any queries I had. Honestly, Brian's service was the best I’ve ever experienced from any electrician. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had Brian from No.1 come out about a year ago on the weekend after a rodent died in our wall and shorted out the whole house. He was an absolute legend, coming on short notice, methodically going through the house, finding the issue and cleaning everything up to restore service. So I was really happy to call him again for a smoke detector replacement and updating of our switch board. He did a great job, very professional.

Brian Kelso of No 1 Sydney Electrical recently completed a 3-phase electricity installation at our home, and we were extremely pleased with the entire process. We were referred to Brian through a friend, and from the time we received the quote to the completion of the job, everything was finished within exactly one week. Most of that time was actually taken up by the electricity company processing the application, so once approvals were in place, Brian and his team moved very efficiently. Both Brian and his staff were highly professional, punctual, and hardworking. They completed the work even ahead of the timeframe given to us. Their communication from the initial quote right through to completion was impeccable, and they kept us informed at every stage. We also found their pricing to be very competitive and excellent value for money. The work was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner, and we are now able to use our 3-phase power within the promised timeframe.
