This place is really really bad customer service is so bad i paid 25 dollars after five minutes they told us to leave and they didn’t even tell us in entrance that it’s closing and then they just arguing with us zero customer service. And then we’re talking to girl in front she called security on us and they said they’re doing favor on us like what favors i paid for it and you guys doest even wanna listen to us and the male guy was pushing female how come it’s legal in Australia please please guys don’t come here this place is really bad customer service

Guys avoid this place under any cost, scammers and rude, we pay for the entry 20 min after they kicked us all out including our friend who only spent 7 min and were saying oh we did you a favor by letting you in but we close 1:30 and other security guys were making fun of us saying all this for this amount of money !! I don’t understand what favor people are doing by making you pay money then kick you out without informing and even thier google map showing until 3 am Security interfered for no reason non of us where rude non of us were violent still no professionalism just pure scam … horrible experience

We had a table booking for a birthday, and we had Auri as our waitress serving drinks, she was amazing and kept the vibes going!! Highly recommend! What an asset it is to have amazing friendly staff! Definitely coming back!

My Brazilian friend (female) and I (gay) were excited to attend the Latina night over the weekend with our friends (gay and women + gay women). One of our friends was kicked out after being accused of being "too drunk". It's atrocious really. The atmosphere was not even that good.

Would’ve left 0 if that was an option. I went last night for a hens party, I watched the bottle girl re-pour shots into all the same used shot glasses on repeat. When I asked if they’re clean, she lied. I looked at the glasses more closely and they were disgustingly filthy. I warned everyone there to stop drinking from them as the bacteria and mould was visible on the surface of all the glasses. Literally disgusting.
