I brought a Kia Cerato in for repair. I was greeted and quoted extremely quickly. I made sure to get quotes elsewhere and he quoted me literally a quarter of what others were trying to charge. The car had a fair of damage across the bumper, door, tail light and quarter panel. He told me it would be done in a week and that’s exactly how long it took. I genuinely had to ask him which side of the car had the damage because I couldn’t tell anymore. If you’re looking for a top bloke to do a good job for a good price, this place is hands down the right one to go to. Unfortunately forgot to take before photos but trust me it was a fair bit.

I spoke to Kyah by telephone and arranged an immediate inspection of my Jaguar. At the inspection the work and a very short timetable was agreed, the car was delivered, the timetable met and the repairs carried out to Jaguar specifications. I was so impressed by Kyah and the estimator from NSC that I abandoned an insurance claim with another repairer and paid NSC directly. John and his team did excellent job on my car. The communication was quick and professional. The job has been done beautifully with a fair price. The place also opened on Saturday which is a bonus bc most of places are open Monday to Friday only. Most importantly, I feel easy to talk with them. I will definitely go back if I have any other issue in the future ( which I hope it will never happen…) Great job for John and his team, thank you guys!
